Return & Refund Policy

At Pinnacle Darts, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help. Please read our returns and refunds policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be UNUSED, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
  • The item will be fully inspected and if use can be identified no refund will be issued. The customer will have to pay for re-shipping to have the item returned.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Clearance or sale items
  • Custom or personalised products
  • Any items not in their original condition or that are damaged due to misuse

3. How to Start a Return

To begin a return, please contact us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • A photo (if the item is damaged or faulty)

Once approved, we’ll provide you with return instructions and the address for returning your item.

Note: Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and fully inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item).


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at Info@pinnacledarts.com.


6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next, contact your bank. Processing time may vary.
